If you are purchasing the Membership as a gift, the Membership card will be delivered via mail to the selected address within two to three weeks. If you wish to keep the gift a surprise, select to have the Membership card sent directly to you instead of the gift recipient. A welcome email will be sent to the gift recipient’s email within 40 days of the Membership purchase date.

You can purchase a gift membership for anyone who lives in the CAA North & East Ontario (NEO) territory who is not currently a CAA NEO Member. Click here to see our territory map of the area we service.
If you are purchasing a gift for the holidays or a specific event, please note that Membership cards will be delivered via mail to the selected address within two to three weeks. A welcome email will be sent to the gift recipient’s email within 40 days of the Membership purchase date. If there is an issue with the timing of this process, please contact our customer service department to discuss alternatives via Web Chat, email [email protected] or call 1-844-252-3648.
No, you do not need to be a CAA Member to purchase a gift membership.
Membership cards will be mailed within 2-3 weeks of the Gift Membership being purchased. If you wish to keep the gift a surprise, select to have the Membership cards sent to directly to you instead of the gift recipient.
