Membership FAQ
If you are purchasing a gift for the holidays or a specific event please note that the Membership Cards will be delivered via mail to the selected address within 2-3 weeks. A Welcome email will be sent to the Gift Recipient’s email within 40 days of the Membership purchase date. If there is an issue with the timing of this process please contact our Customer Service to discuss alternatives via Web Chat, [email protected] or call 1-844-252-3648.
