• Food and water bowls   It will help them to feel comfortable in the new hotel/accommodation. 
• 1.5 times the amount of their food you expect them to eat   Changing their food because you ran out may cause  gastrointestinal problems. 
• Collar with tags  In case your pet gets loose. 
• A crate and seatbelt harness  Keep your pet safe when travelling in a car. 
• Waste bags and potty pads  Be ready for when they need to go to the bathroom. 

Medicine

• Medication  Pack any medication they might need, such as for motion sickness. 
• First aid kit  Be prepared with supplies in case of mishaps. 

• Vaccination records and vet clinic contacts  In addition to medical records, have the contacts of vet clinics along the way and at the destination.
